Neighborhoods

There are far too many smaller neighborhoods in Las Vegas to possibly list them all. Construction in the valley has been at fast pace for the last several years and new neighborhoods have popped up all over the valley. Most of the construction in the last four years has been Energy Star qualified homes, which means you’ll need significant savings on your utility bills. I’ll continue to add to this list as I come across neighborhoods that I like.
