New home builder American West Homes has announced their 2009 pricing on select homes starting at $89 a square foot in nine Las Vegas valley communities according to the company’s president, Larry Canarelli in the Las Vegas Review Journal. Some of the neighborhoods include the new Highlands Ranch, Coronado Ranch and Silverado Ranch.
“As we enter 2009, home shoppers are continuing to discover that they can get more for their money when buying a brand-new home from American West,” Canarelli said. “With our 2009 pricing starting at $89 per square foot and the Feds lowering mortgage interest rates, this is a great time to purchase a brand-new home. Home sizes in these neighborhoods range up to just under 5,000 square feet. There are one, two and three story homes (with an elevator) and up to six bedrooms.
