Let me preface this by saying that Ryland Homes has some very nice communities, so if you’ve been thinking about buying a Ryland home, the time is now. From January 16th through the 25th of this month, Ryland Homes is holding Its Your Advantage Sales Event. Buyers will be eligible for up to $25,000 in “flex cash”. The incentive can be used towards closing costs, options, interest rate buy-down, etc. They are also offering “price protection” (on the base price of the house) as well. When you use Ryland financing, should Ryland lower the base price of the same model prior to closing, you will receive the same base reduction.
